Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at AI Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet client needs and align with their business goals. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Develop and architect scalable, efficient, and secure solutions tailored to client requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into technical solutions, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for technology adoption and best practices.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, providing innovative solutions to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, preferably within the outsourcing or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and technical teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and have good presentation skills.
