Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at AI Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet client requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new knowledge to improve our development processes and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the outsourcing or technology industry.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with relevant frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good in English to communicate with US customers.
