Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and our project teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication: Facilitate regular project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Project Management).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role within the outsourcing or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with AI and technology trends is a plus.
- Fluent in English and have good presentation skills.
