Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at AI Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects align with client goals and deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to collect and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to design effective solutions that meet client requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Testing and Validation: Support the testing process by developing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, recommending enhancements to processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the outsourcing or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, or Agile frameworks.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good in English to communicate with US customers.
